The rental prices (minimum rental period 1 week) are based on an occupation of 2 persons, including water and gas to cook, excluding electricity. The electricity is calculated on the basis of meter readings (daily price) € 0,45 per kWh.
The endcleaning fee (€ 65,-) and the deposit (€ 150,00) have to be paid in advance. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after you have checked out.
